Youth Service America (YSA)/US Department of Justice, Office of Juvenile Justice and Delinquency Prevention The YouthRising program will offers grants of $2,000 for organizations in the United States to engage high risk and/or gang-involved youth (ages 12-25) in volunteer service to their communities. A significant portion of the project must take place on National & Global Youth Service Day, April 20-22, 2007.
