Phillips Fund Grant
Mar 1 application deadline for the Phillips Fund Grant for Native American Research for graduate students for research on master's or doctoral dissertations. Phillips Fund supports research in Native American ethnohistory and linguistics in the continental US and Canada. Please refer to website for complete application requirements. Average award is $2,500, which is intended for extra costs such as travel, tapes, films, informants' fees, but not general maintenance, purchase of books, or permanent equipment.
