Skateboard Recreation Facilities. The Tony Hawk Foundation announces funds to encourage and facilitate the design, development, construction and operation of new quality skateboard parks and facilities, located in low-income communities. Eligible applicants include city or township governments, county governments, state governments, and nonprofit organizations. The deadline for applications is April 1, 2007.
