The Home Deport Foundation is solicitingapplications for their Award of Excellence for Affordable Housing BuiltResponsibly- for outstanding and innovative work for nonprofit housingdevelopment corporations that engage in green building/ healthy homeconstruction and rehabilitation. The Home Depot Foundation issoliciting awards in two categories: * Homeownership * Rental Awards in each category up to $75,000. The Foundation defines an affordable home as one for which a personmaking 80% or less of the area's median income would spend 30% or lessof their monthly income on mortgage or rent payments.
